Shipping Policy

Please note: In light of the current circumstances related to the COVID-19 outbreak, slight shipping delays may still occur on our shipping providers’ side. In such cases, we will keep you updated at all times on how this may affect the delivery time of your orders.
Made to order items are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks after receiving your payment. Please note that during peak periods, it might take up to 3 weeks to process and ship your order.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are shipped from Hungary.
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. At the present moment, we are unfortunately unable to ship to the following countries: the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Bahrain.
We ship all orders in 100% sustainable packaging, which is made from FSC and recycled paper materials. You can learn more about our eco-friendly packaging here.

Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels with the provided tracking number. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to your absence, you will be liable to rearrange the delivery time with the carrier. If the new delivery is once again unsuccessful, the carrier will return the parcel to us. In this case, we will deduct the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and import charges (if any is incurred on us upon delivery) from your refund.
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
Import taxes and duties are not included in the item price and/or shipping cost. FLÕWY is not liable for any custom clearance charges and fees. Such charges will be your responsibility and will be collected from you by the shipping company, once your order arrives to you. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s regulations and custom fees before placing your order.
If you refuse the parcel upon delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as the import charges and return shipping fee which may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
EXCLUDED TIME PERIODS AND P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and during bank holidays of Hungary, which include: January 1, March 15, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Whit Monday, August 20, October 23, November 1, December 25-26.
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
