E-Gift Card Policy

FLÕWY E-Gift Cards are virtual gift cards which can be purchased online at www.flowywear.com and can be used towards future purchases, at the conditions set out in this Policy. 

The Customer can decide the value of the E-Gift Card upon purchase. It is not possible to add extra value on an E-Gift Card after finalizing the purchase. 

After completing the purchase, the Customer receives the E-Gift Card by email, to the chosen email address.

Customers shall place separate orders for separate recipients of E-Gift Cards. It is not possible to have multiple recipients for the same E-Gift Card.

The FLÕWY E-Gift Cards are issued in Euro and may be purchased in the following values: €50, €100, €150, €200, €300, €400, €500. The purchase price of the E-Gift Card corresponds to its face value. The purchase of the E-Gift Card may be subject to VAT application as per applicable laws. 

The E-Gift Cards have no additional processing and delivery fees when purchased on their own.

It is not possible to redeem or buy E-Gift Cards with discount codes or other promotional discounts. 

The E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

The FLÕWY E-Gift Card will be active immediately after the conclusion of the purchase. 

E-Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. At the time of purchase, a purchase receipt will be sent to the Customer indicating the amount and characteristics of the E-Gift Card. 

Customers may verify the validity and balance of their E-Gift Card at any time by sending an email inquiry at info@flowywear.com and including the 4 last characters of the E-Gift Card code in their email.

A FLÕWY E-Gift Card can only be used for purchases made at www.flowywear.com. 

An E-Gift Card may be used towards several purchases until its balance runs out. 

An E-Gift Card may be supplemented by another E-Gift Card or any other accepted means of payment to complete a purchase.

An E-Gift Card shall not be used to purchase another E-Gift Card.

The holder of the E-Gift Card can redeem the E-Gift Card during the checkout process on the FLÕWY website. This can be done on the Payment” page when using a mobile device, or on the “Information”, “Shipping” and/or “Payment” pages when using a desktop device, by entering the E-Gift Card code in the “Gift card or discount code” field. Once applying the E-Gift Card code, the purchase price will be reduced in case of qualifying items. Customers shall make sure that they have actually added the E-Gift Card code to their order, as FLÕWY is unable to apply discounts once an order is finalized.

Items purchased with an E-Gift Card will be refunded back to the E-Gift Card. Items purchased with an E-Gift Card along with another form of payment will be refunded first to the E-Gift Card and then (if there is any remaining) to the other payment method.

Upon the expiration date, the E-Gift Card will become invalid and may not be used further, even if its balance is not fully exhausted. The Customer shall not be entitled, under any circumstances, to any reimbursement or change of remaining balance of the expired E-Gift Card, either in cash or in any other payment method.

The holder of the FLÕWY E-Gift Card is solely responsible for the use and custody of the E-Gift Card. The E-Gift Card is not exchangeable or refundable, even partially, in the event of loss, theft or expiration. In such cases, presentation of the E-Gift Card purchase receipt shall not give entitlement to an exchange or refund of the E-Gift Card.

According to §20 of the governmental decree no. 45/2014 (II.26) on the detailed rules of the contracts concluded between the Consumer and the Enterprise, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the E-Gift Card by email, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason or without incurring any costs other than those provided for in §28, provided that the Customer or the Recipient of the E-Gift Card has not used any part of the E-Gift Card to make a purchase (even if that purchase has been canceled).

The Customer can exercise their right of withdrawal, with a clear statement regarding the withdrawal, sent to the following address within 14 days from the date of delivery: info@flowywear.com

This Policy is governed by Hungarian law.
