Return Policy

We want you to love your FLÕWY pieces. If you decide your purchase is not quite right, you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. All returns must be registered with us via email and deposited with your chosen courier / local post within fourteen (14) days from the date you originally received your order.
All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, clean (without traces of makeup, deodorant, or stains), unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and returned in the original packaging (with all packaging elements included). In the event that your order is returned without its original packaging, we reserve the right to deduct €5 from your reimbursement.
Please note that hair accessories are not eligible for return and refund due to hygiene reasons.
FLÕWY is unable to reimburse or refund any duties and taxes associated with the delivery and return of items, as well as the return delivery costs.
Please note that if you refuse your package upon delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as any import and returns fees that might be incurred upon delivery back to us.
In the event that your order was eligible for free shipping and you return part of your order, resulting in the remainder of your order falling under the free shipping boundary, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your reimbursement.
Customers are responsible for the returned items until they are delivered to our warehouse address. We recommend using a registered postal service and keeping record of the tracking details, as FLÕWY is unable to be held liable for missing or lost of returned items.
Please note that returns registered and deposited beyond the 14-days return window, as well as those not meeting our policy on the condition of returned items, will not be refunded.
ORGANIZING A RETURN
- Communicate your return: If you meet our return policy, please email us at returns@flowywear.com. In your email, please share your order number with us as well as what item(s) you wish to return.
- Return form: We kindly ask you to print our Return Form and include it with your returned package. Please don’t forget to fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return, as well as your order number, as it is needed to identify your returned package.
- Send your return: Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, along with the printed Return Form, and send it to our warehouse address:
REFUND
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-7 days for your bank to post the refund to your account, if all the conditions mentioned in the return policy are met. Our team will send you an email upon receiving your returned package, and also once your refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment or a store credit. Any orders purchased with E-Gift Cards will automatically be refunded as store credit.

EXCHANGES
Please note that FLÕWY does not offer exchanges. If you would like to order your item in a different size, color or style, we kindly ask you to proceed with a return for a refund and place a new order.
FAULTY ITEMS
We hope this never happens, however, in the event that you receive a faulty item (e.g. damaged or different from the one you ordered) please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at orders@flowywear.com with your order number and a picture of the defect, and we will find a solution as quickly as possible.
CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at orders@flowywear.com, along with your order number.
In the event that your order has already been processed and you no longer want your purchase, you will need to submit a return request and return the items once received.
